Whew! We've had a bunch of holiday shows!

Sorry we haven't updated on here, but we got bogged down in the world of holiday shows! Here is a mini recap of where we have been lately!

We had the Heritage High School Bazaar on Sat. Nov. 27th and the amazing GIVE Handmade Bazaar on Sun. Nov. 28th which was held at the Left Bank Annex. Pics of those are on our Facebook page to check out too. On Sat. Dec. 4th and Sun. Dec. 5th we were at the da Vinci Arts Fair at da Vinci Middle School which was a success as well :) On Fri. Dec. 10th and Sat. Dec. 11th we did a school's holiday show at Bethany Elementary in Beaverton.

Our last two holiday shows are this weekend! Sat. Dec. 18th we will be at the Presbyterian Church of Laurelhurst's Holiday Craft Bazaar. Sun. Dec. 19th we will be at Handmade NW's Formal Holiday Artisans Affair on NE Alberta... we love this event and are excited to be a part of it!

Sat. Nov. 20th, Gramma's Bazaar...

Join Urban Designs this weekend on November 20 at Gramma's Bazaar! It is being held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and is located at the First Church of God at Kingsway Christian School at 3300 NE 78th Street, in Vancouver, WA.

Exciting for us, as it is our first ever Vancouver bazaar!

11/12 and 11/13 ~ Annual Holiday Marketplace at New Hope!!

Join Urban Designs Unique Jewelry by NW Artists at the 2010 Annual Holiday Marketplace at New Hope Community Church! It starts today, Friday, Nov. 12th, from 10 am to 6 pm and also runs tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 13th, from 9 am to 5 pm! There are over 110 vendors on two floors full of unique and handmade gifts! Lewis Elementary School Holiday Bazaar! Sat. 11/6!

Hey ya'll! Come join us at our first 2010 Holiday Season show! It is held at Lewis Elementary School at 4401 SE Evergreen Street in Portland, Oregon. It is really a super great show filed with multitudes of handmade gifts and treasures. One of the coolest things about the show is that 30 % of all the proceeds go back to the school to help fund their needs! 2010 Holiday Shows

Very soon we will have all of our holiday shows listed for this year! We will be out there almost every single weekend! Yahoo!

We have such a wide assortment of products in person that we have no way of showing online. It is really so worth it to see us in person.

Miniature domino pendants, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Rummi kube pendants and earrings. Scrabble tiles in both wood and plastic in pendants, earrings, and rings. Two sided bottle cap necklaces. Tons of ring designs in all different mediums. Dozens of types of earrings. Bamboo necklaces in two sizes. Large domino pendants and keychains. Fabric button pendants and rings. Plus all of our barrettes in felt, fabric, button, ribbon, and more.... As well as headbands ranging from felt to feather!

We are really excited for this year's shows to begin!

13th Annual Alberta Street Fair ~ August 21st, 2010

Please come join Sarah and Jen at the 13th Annual Alberta Street Fair this Saturday, August 21st!

It runs from 11 am to 9 pm and is one of the best fair events around. Not only are there live concerts all day long on three different entertainment stages, there are over 150 vendors, a parade, a kids corner, and a beer garden! We love this event!

We will be located in between 19th and 20th streets awaiting your visit :)

Hip Hapenning this Saturday!

Urban Designs will be in Sellwood at the Hip Happening on Saturday, August 7th from 11 am to 6 pm.

It is coinciding with the Sellwood's Passport to Westmoreland which is a way to win prizes and more! Click here to get a passport download and figure out how to win prizes! There are gift certificates and also 4 Grand Prizes to win. At the Hip Happening where we will be at, there will be over 30 vendors, artists, crafters, and confectioners as well as live music. We will be located outside in our canopy in spot #11 outside of the Sellwood Masonic Hall at 7126 SE Milwaukie Ave. Right off of Bybee and 17th. We hope to see you there :)

July 2010 Last Thursday...

Hey ya'll it's that time again! Get your booties to NE Alberta Street and 22nd in front of Townshend's..... HA! It's Last Thursday and Urban Designs is going to be there on the streets with our creations. By the way we have even more new stuff! We showed off a few new things at the Mississippi Street Fair, but now we have even more. New barrette designs, probably 50 new pairs! New pendants too! It will be in the lower 80's so it's perfect weather to hang outside... just don't forget the mosquito repellant, yikes :-P

Come join Urban Designs tomorrow at the Mississippi Street Fair! We will be in space #114 where ever that is! Ha ha. Come find us and the fun, shopping, food, live music, parade, and much more!

On Saturday July 10th from 10 am to 9 pm on N Mississippi Ave between N Fremont and N Skidmore. There will be 150 street vendors, 5 stages of entertainment, a Whole Foods bite tasting, and even a brew garden...

Come down to NE Alberta Street and 21st in front of Townshend's..... It's Last Thursday and Urban Designs is going to be there with new product and designs! It's 80 degrees out so come have fun!!!

2010 Alberta Art Hop 5/15

Happy Spring to all!

We are so happy to finally announce our first 2010 show!

We will be at the Alberta Art Hop on Saturday, May 15th from 11 am to 6 pm. We are located at the crossroad of NE 19th Street and NE Alberta Street. Our space is #1 which we believe is our same spot from last year - so funny!

We hope to see you there this year as there is an amazing amount of activity going on that day for all of you to participate in! There are three murals being painted live that day to watch as they are created, and a fourth mural is going to be painted by the visiting public! So come get your paint on :)
As always, there will be plenty of amazing live music - in fact there are 8 different stages!
Let's not forget, the numerous artisans and crafters that will be present....

**Come see a Portland tradition! Hope to see plenty of smiling faces :) **
